Bugs / Problems in older versions

• The CGI shipped with mrtg-2.8.8 is rather buggy (cgi v0.2)!
• The patched mrtg-2.8.8-v04 crashes when adding new targets if "Interval:" is not set
• Threshold checking isn't working with the stock mrtg 2.8.12
• mrtg/14all does not set minimum/maximum in the rrd files which could lead to errors when a counter wraps (cf. patch above)
• The mrtg options "gauge"/"absolute" are checked only at start time (cf. patch above) (fixed in mrtg-2.9.x)
• Documentation is very sparse
